History
On the sunny hillsides, new olive groves in intensive regime, share the space with centennial olive trees.
Day-to-day olive trees with 5- or 500-years old drink the purest water from the depths of this fertile soil.
The cultivation of national varieties is privileged: Galega, Cobrançosa and Cordovil de Serpa.
At harvest the best olives are selected and are immediately taken to the mill.
