The distribution of the order will be done according to the address indicated by the user and in accordance with the delivery schedules of the carrier.
D’Olival will send the carrier the necessary information (addresses and contact) to reach you, if necessary.
If we could not contact you and the order could not be delivered, it will be returned to D’Olival shop, in Lisbon.
The cost of the postage for the return of the goods will be due and will be the object of a request for refund.
If requested, we will resend this same order at your own expense.
Reception of the order / Claim and Return
All our products are properly packaged; however, we recommend that all products be examined by the customer at the reception.
In case of any irregularity or damage to the package, please keep us informed and check if the contents are intact, if you wish, you can refuse the goods if you consider that it has not been transported in the best conditions.

Return and Cancelation
An order can be canceled by the customer, without any cost and without any justification, as long as this cancellation is made before payment and consequent shipping processing.
D’Olival allows products to be returned within 15 days. However, when returning the product, it must be intact (including packaging, labels and seals), otherwise the return will have no effect.
If you want to return an order after receiving it, it must be carefully reassembled and sent back to the shipping address described in the delivery notes.
You must keep the order in good condition until return.
The amount paid for the products will be refunded upon receipt and after verification that the products are in perfect condition.
The shipping costs will not be refunded.
All products sold by D’Olival, are perishable and susceptible to suffer alterations, depending on handling conditions, inadequate temperatures, brightness or humidity, therefore we do not accept the return of a product if the storage conditions and / or transport have deteriorated its quality.
A product can be exchanged for another item available in the online store, as long as they are in perfect condition, unopened and that the packaging is undamaged.

The shipping costs inherent in this exchange (return and forwarding) remain the responsibility of the customer.
