History
Casa de Santo Amaro started producing olive oil in 1687 and is now being run by the 8th generation of the family. Their extra virgin olive oil is produced, extracted and commercialized at the property and so it’s labeled as a concept of farm to table. “We don´t believe in other way to produce high quality evoo, pure and fresh juice from healthy olives.”
