Every shop will do something different. Here at D’Olival we will have bread from Pão do Pastor for sale. The varieties will be four of the most special flavors of 2021:
– Classic: wheat sourdough and semi-whole wheat flour.
– Mix with 5 seeds: rye dough, whole and semi-whole wheat flour, semi-whole rye with sunflower, pumpkin, chia, linseed and sesame seeds.
– Traditional Brioche: wheat dough, wheat flour, eggs, milk, brown sugar and butter.
– Chocolate and salted caramel: wheat dough, whole and semi-whole wheat flour with 100% organic cocoa powder, chocolate chips and salted caramel.
