Bitter and spicy. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Varieties: Verdeal, Cordovil, Galega.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Tr\u00e1s-os-Montes:<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> Balanced olive oils, with a smell and taste of fresh fruit, sometimes almondy. Remarkable green, bitter and spicy sensation. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; text-decoration-line: underline;\">Varieties: Verdeal, Madural, Cobran\u00e7osa, Negrinha do Freixo.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Beira Interior:<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> Olive oils with a fresh fruit flavour and quite mild. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; text-decoration-line: underline;\">Varieties: Galega, Cobran\u00e7osa, Carrasquenha, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Norte Alentejano:<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> Slightly thick olive oils, fruity, with soft aroma and flavour. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; text-decoration-line: underline;\">Varieties: Galega, Blanqueta, Cobran\u00e7osa, Azeiteira, Carrasquenha, Redondil.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ribatejo:<\/strong> Slightly thick and fruity olive oils. Markedly sweet and smooth flavour. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Varieties: Galega, Cobran\u00e7osa, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Alentejo Interior:<\/strong> Olive oil with a soft fruity aroma of ripe and\/or green olives and other fruits, namely apple and fig.
