Many customers come here in search of an oil with the lowest possible acidity. Have you thought of it like that too?
Here we only have extra virgin olive oils of excellent origin, and they can have up to 0.8% acidity. Acidity is not the best nor the only parameter to consider when choosing an olive oil.
What we look for in terms of health, taste and quality is in the term “extra virgin”.
So when the quality is guaranteed, it is through the tasting that you will know which oil you like best: if it is greener or more ripe, the intensity of bitterness, spicy, etc.
The next time you go shopping, choose an “extra virgin olive oil” from a good producer and don’t focus on acidity.
