Magna Olea is an extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) characterized by a fruity green aromatic of fresh herb and tomato, and a complex presence with notes of nuts, tomatoes, bananas or green apples, bitter and spicy persistent and harmonious.
We used Magna Olea to sauté the mushrooms in the sauce and to finish the dish. Its flavor brought a special freshness and combined perfectly with the pasta.
